Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Gardena is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Gardena follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Much needed girls day and family time. Parking: Thereβs a private parking lot. Finding a spot can be a hit or miss. Ambiance/Environment: Vibes, music, and great food all around. They have a small space with a decent amount of indoor seating. We visited right at opening, so we were seated right away. Service: Shout out to Jenny for the hospitality! She even cooked the duck and mixed the kimchi fried rice for us. Some servers speak only Spanish, and others speak Korean with enough English to get by. Foods: We got the Duck Combo with Kimchi Fried Rice added on. The Duck Combo came with kimchi pancake, steamed egg, soy bean tofu soup, corn cheese, banchan, and of course grilled and spicy seasoned duck mixed with rice cakes, potatoes, mushrooms, and chives. There were lots of duck pieces, and they were cooked well. Make sure to dip with one of their sauces for more flavor! The kimchi pancake was crispy around the edges and soft in the center just as I prefer it. The steamed egg and corn cheese tasted as expected. The soy bean tofu soup tasted light and delicious. The kimchi fried rice was entertaining to watch as Jenny was mixing everything for us. It was sooo flavorful; the kimchi

This was my first time at Kko Kko and it was delicious!! Super flavorful and juicy! Kko Kko is THE spot to visit if you're looking to try some homemade, comforting, Korean food. With the classic Korean jams playing in the background, you and your group are bound to have a good time. Plus, the owner is amazing!! She always provides excellent service and is super friendly. Be sure to stop by for some good eats with HUGE portions and immaculate vibes! What we ate: - The Duck Combo: grilled duck, steamed egg, kimchi pancake, soybean paste soup, corn cheese, banchan (side dishes: potato, mushroom, rice cake, chives) - Kimchi Fried Rice - Spicy Cold Noodles

Itβs different than common KBBQ chain, this one is a gem! Family owned, cozy vibes KBBQ that offered duck & intestines making it stands out than the rest! The owner is so friendly and cooked for us, very convenient so we donβt have to cooked. We ordered duck combo- the banchan is so fresh ( kimchi pancake, soy bean paste soup, steamed egg..) the duck is so fresh! The owner grilled for us with garlic, mushrooms, chivesβ¦ very flavorful. I can taste it is high quality right away. At the end thereβs kimchi fried rice which is a good combination I would definitely go to this one again!

A hidden gem kbbq in Gardena. We had the duck set (about $149) which fed about 2-3 people. It comes with side dishes. The price is pretty high but their meat quality is great. Itβs one of the most tender grilled duck Iβve had. They do all the grilling for you and finish with fried rice.

Was quite surprised. Delicious and worth the price. 10/10 would come again. Taste: Overall great taste for all the items, from the sides, corn cheese, soups, steamed egg, to the main dish. Has the small, large intestine and abomasum medium combo which was 73.99. It came with all the sides. Well worth it. Felt super full and still had leftovers to take back home. Setting: Clean and quaint setting. Love the relaxed vibes. Air conditioned so doesnβt smell stuffy like the typical bbq place. Service: Great service, got everything we needed and staff was attentive.
